Questions
Before you join
Is Pack and Kin a franchise?
No. Network stores are independently owned. You keep your own name and sign and run your store your way; the network adds buying power, PAKS and support.
What is the difference between the network and PAKS?
The network is the community and the co-op — the programs, partners and people. PAKS (Pack and Kin Studio) is the operating system network stores run on. Anyone can start on PAKS for free; network membership adds the co-op.
Why are the co-op programs invite-only for local businesses?
Because they are meant to strengthen local stores. A business joins through the network store that serves it, so the relationship — and the repeat visits — stay local.
Can a business that isn’t a shipping store use PAKS?
PAKS is built as a small-business operating system. Its register, accounting, invoicing, customers and tasks are useful to any small business. See what’s inside.
I already use Pack and Kin software. Where do I sign in?
